Jerediah Don “JD” Tate February 23, 1974 – April 24, 2026 

Jerediah Don Tate, known to most as “JD”, passed away on April 24, 2026, at the age of 52. Born on February 23, 1974, in Tucson, Arizona. JD spent most of his life rooted in the place he called home. JD was a man of quiet creativity and imagination. He found joy in drawing and had a deep love for reading, especially science fiction, where his mind could wander through distant worlds and endless possibilities. Those who knew him will remember his thoughtful nature and the way he saw the world through a unique lens while simultaneously brightening up ours with his laugh and incredible sense of humor. Above all, JD cherished his family. He is lovingly remembered by his two children: Alyssa Kosies and Logan Tate, and his beloved grandchildren: Ari, Lilly, Angelina, Jeremy, Paisley, Alora, Caleb, and Layla. He is survived by brother Jack Tate, sister in law Yvonne Tate, and nephew Cane Tate. His presence in their lives was a steady and meaningful one, and his memory will live on through each of them. JD will be deeply missed and never forgotten by all who knew and loved him.
