Grace Sophia Hobbs

Grace Sophia Hobbs, 18, of Tucson, Arizona passed away on March 1, 2026. While her time on earth was much too short, she made such a difference in everyone’s lives she touched.

Grace was everyone’s joy when she was born. She carried a bright light from the moment she entered the world and shared it with everyone around her. Grace was shy, but outgoing, funny, beautiful, and caring. She had such a kind soul and found so much joy and peace in helping others. Grace had a strong faith and close relationship with Christ, which guided her kind and loving heart.

She loved spending time with friends and loved the outdoors. Her happy place was Alaska, but she especially loved the time spent with her mom and siblings who were the absolute world to her. Grace dreamed of being a mother and having children of her own someday.

Grace is so deeply loved and will be forever missed by her mom, Lydia Hobbs, her dad, Adam Hawthorne, her siblings Claira and Oliver, her grandparents: Laura Pearce, Steve Schuldt, Timothy Hobbs and Karen Hobbs, and her many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who were blessed to know her.
